Type the email you sign in with. If it has an account, a link to set a new password arrives in a minute; it works once.

Before you choose a new password, confirm it is you with the code from your authenticator app.

Choose your password. Use at least 12 characters; a password manager can make one.

Open your authenticator app and type the six digit code it shows for Summrex.

Set up your authenticator app

Two-factor sign-in is required. You set up the app once; after that, a code is asked only when you sign in on a new device.

Open Google Authenticator, tap +, choose Scan a QR code, scan this.

Can't scan it? In the app, tap +, choose Enter a setup key, and type this key:

Then type the six digit code the app shows.

Lost your phone?

Type one of the recovery codes you saved when you set up your authenticator app. It works once: the app on the lost phone is unlinked, and you set up the app on your new phone next.

No recovery codes? Ask your firm's owner to reset your authenticator app. If you are the owner, email hello@summrex.com.

Save your recovery codes

If you lose your phone, each code lets you sign in once and set up the app again. Keep them somewhere safe, such as your password manager. They are shown only now.
